We’ll discuss pricing, I’ll negotiate price matches, do all the research, compare flight routes and highlight the terms and rules. I adore working with different people. I am adept at communicating and working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and collaborating across functions to develop and deliver innovative client experiences. Being very clear with who I work with on what I think, what I am doing and what I expect is very important. So that when things go wrong or an urgent action is needed they have faith in my ability.

I work very closely with my clients, distilling information and getting to the point so that I can position a brief and quote effectively.

I am financially conscious. Working for a small ballet charity taught me to have a small-business mentality. Constantly thinking about the bottom line is really important as it frames how I quote and the decisions behind deliver it. I believe that when done well, travel serves a purpose. I am passionate about curating experiences which will offer variety, will enrich and educate and will allow our senses to come alive.
