Each holiday is different depending on the destination and time of year. My aim is to become your go-to travel expert and look after all your travel needs.

On average our tailor-made itineraries begin at around £1,000 per day inclusive of accommodation, private guiding and transportation based on 2 people.

After our initial chat about my process, if you would like me to start planning your trip, I charge a fee of £250 per trip, regardless of complexity or group size. Non-refundable, but subtracted from the final trip cost. I dive deep into planning, researching, and comparing, saving you from overwhelming internet searches. With ongoing access to my expertise and network, including 24/7 support, I ensure a smooth booking process and trip experience.

Once payment has been taken I will send you an estimated timeframe for crafting your itinerary followed by a personalised quotation. For complex touring trips your itinerary will be interactive and sent on an interactive platform for you to view in one place. For more straightforward bookings it will be sent in pdf format. You will then review your itinerary and request any amendments. All amendments will be taken into consideration and are included in the cost.

If you wish to proceed I require a written response to go ahead. Depending on when you are departing you will also be requested to send either a deposit which will be between 10-30% or full payment.

Once you have formally confirmed and payment is taken I will then go ahead and confirm all the arrangements and send you your final itinerary. Iwill also consider any additional concierge requirements and before you travel I can advise on entry requirements, what to take, local etiquette and recommendations so that all is left is to start looking forward to your holiday!

Yes of course – I am happy to offer a consultation service if you prefer to book and manage the trip yourself. This starts at £400 depending on the destination and complexity of your trip.
